My name is Bobbi Estelle Pinkston.

I teach young people about American literature.

I teach them how to write and think and live.

I teach some of them how to draw.

I don’t use tumblr to its full potential,

but I get it, and it’s cool.

 

Things that make me happy: today

  1. Cloudy all day
  2. Bruno’s for lunch
  3. Rearranging books all day and discovering long lost gems at Sundog
  4. The fact that I get to spend whole days at Sundog
  5. Cinnamon Apple Pecan muffins
  6. Cold wind off the gulf
  7. Virtual coffee sharing from Florida to Colorado
  8. And instant conversations over 4000 miles and a big ocean
  9. I’m lounging in leggings and a sweater and a giant dog as I type this.
  10. Oh, and I’m dubbing next week “Aunt Week”
